All our shipments are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days. If you are placing an international order outside of Lebanon, please note that the delivery would depend on processing times at the airports as these vary from country to country. However, we anticipate to deliver international shipments within 3-5 working days.

Tax and Duties

For shipments outside Lebanon, custom and or duty fees may apply. As these fees vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees upon delivery. You should contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding this.

Please Note: If you decide not to pay import taxes and duties and so choose to reject the parcel, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipments are processed by Aramex Lebanon, Bonjourlife's partner carrier. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, with a tracking option.

We have a 7-day return policy after receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bonjourlife-me.com . If your return is accepted, we will arrange with our delivery partner a pick-up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

At present, we are not offering free returns to International Customers.

Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
