Transit times are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - m any of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Zhen Linen to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Zhen Linen may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use UPS to ship all orders in the US and DHL internationally. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at info@zhenlinen.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.

I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Contact info@zhenlinen.com immediately. In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. Zhen Linen is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

Please contact info@zhenlinen.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier (UPS or DHL).

We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.zhenlinenservices.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Please note we do not offer exchanges.

To request a return, email us at info@zhenlinen.com, include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.

Orders placed on any other platform may not have the same return policy. Please contact directly through that specific platform if the order was placed there.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us at info@zhenlinen.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Include your Zhen Linen order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fabric yards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Please note we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
