North and Shore Return Policy

North & Shore has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after date of purchase to request a return in person. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. We also require receipt or proof of purchase. All cash or gift card purchases will be refunded onto a gift card or store credit. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@northandshore.com .

Damages and Issues:

I f an item was purchased in a damaged condition or failed due to poor workmanship then it may be returned. Note - this does not apply to damage from personal use or abuse of an item. North and Shore will use our discretion to accept the return or not.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as consumable products) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale (reduced-price) items.

Refunds:

You’ll be automatically refunded via credit card or gift card within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
