OUR SHIPPING POLICY

RUSH and EXPEDITED SHIPPING: BRUCE BOLT guarantees "same day" fulfillment for orders placed before 1 pm CST that add the Rush or Expedited Shipping option.

For Rush Shipping, orders that are placed before 1 pm local time (CST) will be delivered within 1 business day. Orders that are placed after 1 pm local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 1 business day after the order is fulfilled.

For Expedited Shipping, orders that are placed before 1 pm local time (CST) will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after 1 pm local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL: We currently ship in the United States but will be expanding to other countries later this year.

PRIORITY, FIRST CLASS and FREE SHIPPING: All orders placed before 11:59pm (CST) that choose Priority, First Class and Free Shipping will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase due to peak holiday season. Free shipping is only available to the continental United States. Gift card purchases are not included in the cart total for free shipping calculations when combined with physical product orders. Standard shipping to areas outside the lower 48 states may incur an additional delay of up to 7 days.

All shipping options provide the estimated number of business days to deliver your package.

BRUCE BOLT does NOT provide Saturday deliveries.

While BRUCE BOLT strives to process orders within two business days (often same-day or next-business-day), delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance and cannot be guaranteed.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refund. To be eligible for a refund or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOLIDAY Order Refund & Exchange Policy: During the holiday season, customers who make a purchase on or between November 1 and December 31, 2025, have until January 31, 2026 to process a refund, return, or exchange. To be eligible, all products, including Glove Bags, must be unused and all products must be in their original packaging. Batting gloves that have been used to swing a bat ARE NOT eligible for refund, return, or exchange. to process a refund, return, or exchange. Size Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at team@brucebolt.us. For the fastest delivery, we recommend that you purchase the correct product and we will refund you for the original product as soon as we receive the return.

Refunds You have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refund.

If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Limited editions are final sale. If you have worn or used the gear, those products are not eligible for a refund or a size exchange. Items that are purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
