Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders ship the next business day. You should allow up to seven (7) business days for order processing. Therefore, we are unable to issue you a refund until at least 21 days has past since the order. If the supplier was not able to provide us with the product within the 21 days period, please reach out and we will process the refund.

Certain types of orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, only ship from Monday till Wednesday. If such orders are placed on Wednesdays, they will go out the following Monday. We reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.

COVID-19 update: Our processing times have increased since the COVID-19 crisis hit the nation and are still relatively long due to the limitations that we, alongside the whole distribution industry, face. Currently, some orders ship on the same or the next day while others might take 1-2 weeks.

Frozen & Refrigerated Products

Frozen or refrigerated products are shipped with the ice packs, that guarantee that will arrive frozen to your address.

Shipping rates & carriers used

We use USPS and UPS or Fedex to ship our orders. Typically, lighter orders, under 3 lbs will ship USPS and the heavier items will be shipped via UPS or Fedex.

The shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and USPS, so you will be charged what they charge us to ship the order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

ShelHealth.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, orders over $100, heavy weight or frozen products might not qualify for shipping to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

COVID-19 UPDATE: OUR PROCESSING TIMES HAVE INCREASED SINCE THE COVID-19 CRISIS HIT THE NATION AND ARE STILL RELATIVELY LONG DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS THAT WE, ALONGSIDE THE WHOLE DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY, FACE. CURRENTLY, SOME ORDERS SHIP ON THE SAME OR THE NEXT DAY WHILE OTHERS MIGHT TAKE 1-2 WEEKS.

ORDER CANCELATION

Order cancelations are not guaranteed. Once the order is placed, it is automatically sent to the warehouses for fulfillment. The order, generally, cannot be canceled, as it has entered the fulfillment phase. Please be sure to review the shipping address, items in your shopping cart and fees before submitting your order.

If you would like to cancel, please email us at customerservice@shelhealth.com and we will do our best to meet your request however cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Additionally, if the order cancellation is granted, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

MELTABLE & CRUSHABLE FOODS

As you are aware, due to the climate change, our summers are getting increasingly more and more hot. Therefore, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive metable products, such as gummies, chocolates or products containing chocolate pieces, in their original condition. The packages sit in hot delivery trucks for the whole day before being delivered to you. If you received a product that is melted, simply put it in the fridge or a freezer and it will be good to go. We will not issue a refund for any meltable products that are melted, nor will we accept a refund for that reason. By ordering meltable products during the hot months, you acknowledge the possibility that the product might arrive melted.

Additionally, we have no control of how the delivery drivers handle our packages. We package the shipments with the full expectation that they will reach your destination safely and in original shape. If your package gets thrown around in transit, that is not our responsibility. Having said all that, please be aware of that when ordering products that can be easily crushed or crumbled, such as chips, cookies, crackers and so on. We will not issue a refund or accept a return because your order is crumbled, as, although inconvenient, the product is still edible. You are more than welcome, however, to file a damage claim with the delivery company to obtain a compesation for your inconvenience.

RETURN

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:

If you are missing an item or receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item you have received and we would help you!

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we are unable to accept any returns for buyer's remorse to protect the safety of our customers and staff. We appreciate your understanding as protecting the safety of our customers and the supply chain is our top priority.

Buyer's Remorse:

We are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or due to a products taste, touch or smell. If you would like to try a product before purchasing, many manufacturer's will offer free samples by contacting them directly. If there was any error made on our end, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you!

Restocking Fee:

The returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any shipping fees paid to ship the product are not refundable.

Large orders:

We do not accept returns for orders of over $250 or orders containing more than 5 units of the same product.

REFUND

If you are missing a product or receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item and we would be happy to make it right for you!
