DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $250* and Flat-Rate UPS Ground shipping on all other orders (valid in the United States only, some exclusions apply).

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. (We use this additional time to ensure the security of your credit card information.)

We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Address and size changes cannot be made after your order is confirmed.

If your order has been marked Delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your courier first before contacting cs@staplepigeon.com for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping though DHL. For orders shipping to Hong Kong & Singapore orders will be redirected to global.staplepigeon.com.

International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for any associated return shipping charges.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

STAPLE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

To return an item, please go to visit our RETURNS CENTER and follow the instructions. If you are unable to use our returns center, contact cs@staplepigeon.com for further assistance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30 day Return Policy window once you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags. Please note, Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Once orders are placed, no changes to the order can be can be made, so please make sure you are ordering the correct size and your shipping/billing information is correct. We do not offer exchanges or store credits.

Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.
