Storming Gravity offers various shipping way so you can get your shipment in a low cost and fast way. We are a little bit different, some products are open for pre-order because of the reason below:

1) Some customers are okay to wait a little longer for the colour they prefer.

2) We have ordered the product from the brand and it is on the way to our premise.

3) We work with the brand for launching pre-order campaign so that we can work better on inventory management.

When you reach the page of your favourite product, select the variant button (instead of photo) and the availability will show right after the variant (if any). In our example below, the Black colour is ready in stock and the Ash colour is at backorder with an estimated shipping date.

If the product has a 'Pre-order now' button with estimated shipping in 2-4 weeks , it means that we have not placed an order with the brand but we can do so once we receive order from you.

If the product has an outdated shipping date, it means that we are still waiting for stock arrival or there's some glitch in our website coding (please let us know).

We encourage our beloved customer (you) to notice the inventory status to prevent disappointment, if you love to have confirmation, you can always send a WhatsApp message to us , for the refund of pre-order product, please check our policy here.

If the product is ready in stock, or once the product reaches our office, here are the modes of deliveries/pick-up:

Delivery:-

Within Malaysia:

Standard Delivery will be handled by GD Express (1-3 working days to cities for ready stock item), duty/tax are included for Malaysia delivery. Orders placed i) after 2pm on working days or ii) on weekends/PH will be processed on the next working day.

Same-day Delivery (Ready-stock items at 🟢 ecoSky, KL + selected area within Klang Valley only): D elivery by Grab / Lalamove, if your order contains pre-order item, we will only ship the whole order when they are ready . If your address is eligible for it, you will see the "Same-day Delivery" option after entering your address. Orders placed i) after 6pm on working days or ii) on weekends/PH will be processed on the next working day. If you are unsure, please check with us via WhatsApp .

If the item is not available at Malaysia outlet but only available at Singapore outlet, please expect longer transit time (up to 1 week).

Singapore (All orders are GST-free now until further notice):

🟢 Millenia Walk outlet: 20 Feb 2026 onwards, we can send the item to your Singapore main island address by same-day delivery (cut-off: 7pm everyday, small fee applies). Availability is on every product page, if your order contains pre-order item, we will only ship the whole order when they are ready . If you are unsure, please check with us via WhatsApp .

For items available at

🟢 Online store only: FedEx Priority & Priority Express usually arrive next working day after we ship. FedEx Economy may take up to 2 days after we ship. Teleport usually arrives 1-3 working days after we ship. Teleport is a subsidiary by AirAsia Group. Items not available at Millenia Walk will be shipped from KL, Malaysia.

Thailand(Bangkok area only)/Hong Kong:

FedEx Priority & Priority Express usually arrive 1-2 working days after we ship. Duty and Tax are not included and will be collected by FedEx team before delivery.

Teleport service is available to Bangkok area, it usually arrives 1-2 days after we ship. Duty and Tax are not included and will be collected by Teleport before delivery.

International (other than areas listed above) :

FedEx, DHL: A Duty/Tax/VAT may be incurred when the good enter your country, please check with your local authority for more information. The receiver of the parcel is responsible for the extra fee incurred.

Self Pick Up:-

If you wish to pick up the product by yourself at any of our stores , you can pick it up yourself without any charges! Processing time may vary for each store, which will be indicated at checkout.

Please do not arrange Grab/Lalamove driver to collect your order, if you wish to receive your item on the same day, please select "Same-day delivery" at the shipping page.

Changing your shipping method before shipping process starts is possible, please check with us via WhatsApp .

This policy does not apply for defective / faulty products that are eligible for warranty.

Before an order is fulfilled:

For PRE-ORDER/BACKORDER product: The shipping date shown is an estimation, it is subjected to the customs declarations, flight delay and other unforeseen issues, please contact us if you wish to understand more on the arrival status. You can request a refund if the order has not been fulfilled yet, there are 2 options you can choose from

1) An administration and transaction charge of 10 % if the refund case is not caused by Storming Gravity’s negligence. If you agree with this, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

OR

2) Cancel the order and receive a store credit (without expiry date) for the paid amount in full.

Exception: In the event of a delayed arrival, if the delay exceeds 14 days from the original estimated shipping date, we will honour a full refund without any charges.

For READY STOCK product: We will only issue a store credit (without expiry date) if you wish to cancel your order before your order is packed. Once your order is packed/shipped, please see our next paragraph for more details.

After we ship out an order (For order opted for delivery):

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of successful delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, most importantly, there must be, or at least, an obvious defect related to the features or functions of the product (i.e. slightly dent on the packaging does not count). It must also be in the original packaging, if you have thrown the packaging away / cut the tags (if any), it means that you have accepted the condition of the product(s). After 7 days, refund can be rejected or accepted with condition (amount at 70% or lesser).

Return & exchange the product to other product is possible (not guaranteed) and shall be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchange request must be made within 7 days from the day of receiving the product, and the returned goods must be in original conditions, with tags & packaging (if any).*Return the product due to the reason of "I don't like it" is not acceptable, unless otherwise offered or stated on the product page. Reviews on most of the products sold on our website are available all over the internet, you are responsible to make good consideration before purchasing it.*

* Sale for Item on discount / clearance are at final and return/exchange is not allowed. You may regain the 7-day exchange policy window by topping up to the item’s original price. *

After your order is collected (For order opted Pick Up):

If you selected "Pick Up" as the shipping method, you can only request an exchange upon the collection of your product. You are also required to check for any issues (including but not limited to cosmetic defects) with the product upon collection. After the order is collected, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Warranty (if any) still applies.

In-store purchase:

If a purchase is made in our physical store, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not permitted, as customers are given the opportunity to inspect and test the product at the time of purchase. The warranty policies of the respective brands will still apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Direct Refunds are not available for purchases made through the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option with an instalment plan (including but not limited to Atome etc.), regardless of the circumstances. In the event of product quality issues or delivery delays, we can only offer store credit as compensation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your refund is made in the form of store credit, you will be able to see the store credit after logging into your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at talktous@storminggravity.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Our 1-on-1 exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the day the customer receives the product. If it exceeds 7 days, we shall deal with it on case-to-case basis.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
