Shipping We process all website orders Monday - Friday between 9AM and 6PM PST. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated. Order Confirmation Following your purchase, our system will automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email signifies that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase verification. After receiving your order, we will immediately send the order to our warehouses for shipment. Once we've confirmed the order you purchased is in stock we will ship the item within the estimated business days within the handling time of that product of the date on which you placed your order unless you receive communication from us. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and will void the pre-authorization if you so choose. Refund policy We have a general 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return assuming the product is in new condition.  This varies by brand by brand and the most up to date information can be found on our returns policy page or underneath the product page. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
