Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please notify us at least 3 working days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

All online orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return goods:

•Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 30 days of full order delivery.

•A full refund will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

•Items must be returned in re-sellable condition.

•All returns are subject to a collection fee, depending on the size of the item.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery date and time have been agreed upon and no one is available to accept the furniture, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Refund Processing

•Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

•Please allow an additional up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

•Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

•Email us at customerservice@homecentredirect.co.uk with:

•Your order reference number

•Clear images of the damage or fault

We will take full responsibility for faulty or damaged goods.

Important:

•We will first offer a replacement.

•A refund will only be issued if a replacement cannot be supplied.

•Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or negligence is not covered under this policy, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
