What happens when the same order is lost twice:We have a policy that replacements are only offered once per order. Therefore, if there is a different shipping address that would have a higher likelihood of a successful delivery, please provide this new address via email to support@thankgod.com proceeding the first unsuccessful attempt. We will do everything in our power to make sure your package arrives safely!

We do this because shipping large or full-order exchanges can become quite costly on our end, especially for heavier packages. However, we still want to meet you halfway. International Exchanges:
