Occasionally, there may be delays due to incomplete payment, incorrect address details, or high demand during busy seasons. If any issues arise, we will notify you via email to resolve them promptly and ensure a smooth process.

Shipping Time:

For shipping, orders within the U.S. generally take 7-10 business days to arrive. International deliveries usually take 10-14 business days.

Please note, however, that certain factors beyond our control may affect shipping times, such as:

•Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Taxes and Duties

Kindly be aware that customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are not included in the price of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For clarification on these fees, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.

Additionally, delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control. The timing of your package’s release is determined by the local customs authorities.

Order Cancelation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped. In such cases, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for the item.

At Josh&Tate, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info @joshandtate .com . Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please note, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the order). We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
