Incorrect or Incomplete Address

GlowDrop is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your address needs to be updated, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Split Shipments

Depending on inventory availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different fulfillment centers.

In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Returns missing original packaging will not be accepted.
