Shipping Ordering Patches - Everything you need to know We dispatch 85% of orders within 24 hours, and 100% within 48 hours. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays and our cut-off is 2pm (UK time) on Fridays. Patches and stickers take between 1-3 days in the UK, on both 24 and 48 services. 24 generally arrives a day before 48. Royal Mail does not guarantee these services. International delivery times, depending on the country, vary from 6-10 business days. For example, depending on the destination country postal service, i.e. USPS or Deutsche Post, there can be delays on your order of up to 15 business days. Delivery services are not guaranteed by the carriers. Once your parcel is given to the carrier, there is nothing more we can do from that moment onward. Step-by-step tracking is only included on £4.99+ shipping services. Under that, the tracking is only a delivery confirmation number. Air express services and custom delivery times are available, but they are manual and you must speak with us before you place your order for it to be arranged. Orders of other products: Orders containing   Buddy the Bear  and other animals from that range may take up to 5 working days to dispatch, as these are handmade to order. Refund policy Refund Policy We offer returns within 30 days for new and unused items. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return - we can't process returns or refunds if we don't know who sent the parcel in. To start a return, you can contact us at support@typeonestyle.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is not free or paid for by us unless otherwise offered, and you are liable for goods until they have reached us. If goods do not reach us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Non-Patch/Sticker Products: Returns of these products will incur a £4 fee, to be applied no more than once per order, and this will be deducted from your refund.
