UPS Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders over $200 or placed using a Rails account that is opted in to receive email marketing. Standard shipping on orders less than $200 or placed by customers not signed into an account that is opted in to receive email marketing is $9.95. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipping.

UPS 2 Day Air is available for orders within the continental US only , and will not ship until the following business day. UPS 2 Day Air delivery does not include weekends or holidays.

NOTE: UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are shipping to Canada, the UK, or the EU, you can shop in your local currency with duties and taxes included on our regional websites.

Rails ships via UPS to most countries outside of the United States. All international orders placed on this site ( www.rails.com ) will be charged a processing fee. The following processing fees will be automatically added to international orders at checkout:

Australia: $30 USDNew Zealand: $30 USDHong Kong: $25 USDAll other countries: $10 USD

With the exception of the processing fees listed above, international shipping is free for orders over $200 or for customers who have opted in to receive email marketing. We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date for all customers in the United States.

Please note:

All returns will be charged a $7.95 return fee, subtracted from the total refund amount. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will not be charged a return fee.

•All returns made in one of our Rails US Retail Stores are free of charge and will not be charged a $7.95 return fee

•All items purchased through rails.com may be returned to one of our US Rails Stores free of charge. Please see a list of our stores here .

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags attached.

•Returns made 15-30 days after delivery may be for exchange or store credit only.

•We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from rails.com and not from other retailers.

•Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

•Gifted items are eligible for store credit only and must meet all previously mentioned return criteria.

•All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value (exchanges placed for items priced at lesser value will be refunded the difference in cost via the payment method provided at the time of purchase).

•ALL face masks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Returns (Including Puerto Rico):

International customers may return merchandise by any trackable method at their own expense within 14 days of delivery. Please keep and be able to provide our Customer Service team with your return tracking number/information.

Sale Return Policy:

Items purchased using a 30% off discount code or on sale may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Store credit is provided in the form of a Gift Card code that is emailed to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. This code can be used towards any item(s) and never expires. If returning a purchase made with a Gift Card code, the refund will go back to the same code used at checkout so that it can be used again towards a future purchase.
