Shipping Shipping is a pain.  We know it, we feel it, and we are here to deal with it for you so you never have to worry.  Let us make shipping easy for you! Commercial and Residential Curbside shipping to the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, is 10% of the retail price for Pro members, free for Pro + Free Shipping members, and 9.5% of the retail price for Signature members so you can easily plan for shipping and bill your clients accordingly.  If you'd like white glove shipping options, the cost is quoted instantly when you start the check-out process and enter your ship-to address so you can see your shipping options and cost before you make your purchase. There is a $195 minimum shipping charge for orders containing an item that must ship via Freight Carrier. When freight shipments are ready to be delivered, the carrier will call to schedule your delivery.  You can reschedule this appointment before the delivery date, but if you don't reschedule and miss your appointment, you will be billed $150.  If you miss your delivery appointment again, you will be billed $250 for each subsequent missed delivery attempt. If you need to delay the delivery of a freight shipment, you can do so for up to 15 days after the shipment arrives at the carrier's delivery terminal with no additional charge. Refund policy We know returns can be a pain, but we’re here to help you every step of the way. We’ll coordinate directly with the vendor on your behalf. Simply contact us at concierge@danielhouse.club to start your claim. Products from certain vendors and all made-to-order products are not returnable. Please check the Return Policy section on each individual product page to verify the return policy for the product you are buying. Remorse returns are generally accepted with prior authorization within thirty (30) days of receipt with a restocking fee of up to 30%. Remorse returns after thirty (30) days will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund for remorse returns. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging.
