Processing TimeOrders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery TimesWe offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50. Shipping rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within the UK. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, and Australia. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please enter your address at checkout to confirm shipping availability and cost, or contact us at hello@wallitallprints.com.

CarriersWe use trusted couriers to deliver your order safely and on time. The specific carrier used may vary depending on your delivery destination.

Customs, Duties, and Import TaxesFor international orders outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order TrackingOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delayed or Missing OrdersWhile we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@wallitallprints.com and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@wallitallprints.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Contact - WALL IT ALL PRINTS - Checkout

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return — but only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if there's a problem. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wallitallprints.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 296 Berecroft, Harlow, CM18 7SH, United Kingdom.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union customers

If you're located in the European Union, you're also entitled to a mandatory 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, in addition to the 15-day return window offered above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@wallitallprints.com .
