We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $199 within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Shipping is provided by UPS or USPS depending on package size and weight.

Free shipping exclusions. Free shipping does not apply to:

•Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska (calculated rates apply)

•Orders over 100 lbs total weight

•Orders requiring LTL (freight) shipment

•Bingo blowers (flat rate $25)

Shipping Time. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Ground shipments within the continental US are generally received within 3–5 business days from shipment date. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

RUSH Processing. If your order is time-sensitive and must ship immediately, we offer RUSH Processing. RUSH orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time will ship that same day. RUSH orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following morning.

Please note that RUSH Processing is "in-house" order processing only — it is not a shipping method. You may also need to upgrade the shipping method (Next Day Air, Two Day, etc.) based on your delivery timeline.

RUSH does not include Layouts. For rush processing on Layouts, please see Rush Layout Processing.

Domestic Shipping Services. We offer Ground, Two Day, and Next Day shipping services for domestic deliveries.

Shipping Address. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. If an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued, less shipping charges. Due to payment provider regulations (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.), we are unable to make address corrections after an order has been placed. If an address correction is needed, we will need to cancel and refund the original order and have a new order placed with the corrected address.

Returns We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from casinosupply.com. We are proud to offer our 180 Day No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item in it's original condition within 180 days of the purchase for a full merchandise refund. Refunds will be returned to the original purchase payment method. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be at the customers expense. The only exception is any custom produced (personalized poker chips, custom gaming layouts) or special cut products (casino cloth, foam, etc). Factory "seconds" layouts are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 180 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wholesale@casinosupply.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
