All the furniture that we sell on line is custom made for each customer. This merchandise is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
RETURNS
Any necessary returns must be pre authorized by our head office prior to returning. All returns must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. All returns must be shipped back at the expense of the customer and include the return authorization number from Hauser Head Office. Note that custom order furniture cannot be returned. Further questions please contact our head office at 1 800 268 7328 X 230. Credits will be applied to the client after the goods are received and inspected at Hauser Head office.
