You have 14 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund/exchange.Please use our returns portal here to organise your return. The return must be posted by you within 14 days of the return/exchange being requested. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending using a trackable service.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.Once we have received the product(s) back, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed to the same method that the order was paid with.

Please note, that earrings, along with postage are non-refundable. All returns must include a your packing slip inside with items you wish to return/exchange clearly stated.

Faulty Goods

All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. However, if for any reason your item is faulty, or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email customerservice@bohomoon.com (attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along) and we will endeavour to replace your item immediately.
