Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipping to countries outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order and approving shipment to these destinations, you acknowledge and agree that:

•You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, and any costs related to delays or issues during customs clearance.

•Beyond Power will not be liable or responsible for any customs-related charges, delays, fines, or holding fees.

•Refusal to pay required duties or taxes, or failure to complete customs clearance, does not qualify as a reason for order cancellation or refund.

•If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties or customs issues, you will still be responsible for the full order amount, original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any associated penalties or storage charges.

Shipping Notice

Please contact our Support Team if you have any specific shipping requirements. Before making a payment, please verify your address. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible. We will contact our logistics provider to try to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee that your address can be changed after the package has been dispatched. You are also responsible for any risks and costs associated with changing the address after dispatch.

To help us deliver your items successfully, please make sure that the name, address, and contact details you provide when placing an order are accurate.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of the shipment status.

Order Cancellation and Refused Shipments

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@beyond-power.com within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund within this time frame. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to potential shipping status delays. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the cancellation is successful.

Orders cannot be changed, intercepted, or canceled once they have shipped. If delivery is refused, the order will be processed as a return upon its return to the warehouse. In such cases:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, less a 5% refused shipment fee.

Notification of the decision to refuse shipment must be provided to Beyond Power to ensure timely processing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:

New or Like-New Products: The product must have no significant signs of use or damage. (A restocking is subject to charge)

Products with Quality Issues: Products confirmed to have manufacturing or material defects are eligible for return or replacement.

Return Fees

Beyond Power believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy.

Returns of New or Like-New Items Within 14 Days of Delivery:

Unopened Products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 5% of the purchase price.

Opened Products in like-new condition can be returned for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error of the company.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been delivered for more than 14 calendar days.

Return Conditions

(i) Requested beyond fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product.

(ii) A product sent to Beyond Power for Return & Refund Service not including all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

(iii) A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

(iv) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. showing signs of tampering or alteration.

(v) Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

(vi) A product not delivered to Beyond Power within fourteen (14) calendar days after Return or Exchange confirmation is sent from Beyond Power.

(vii) Products not purchased through the Beyond Power official website www.beyond-power.com. (viii) Return service must be initiated by original purchaser.

(ix) Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Return Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s). Contact Beyond Power Support Team at support@beyond-power.com.

We will review your request within two business days and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping and Processing

Customers located within the United States are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to the designated service center, unless the return is due to a performance defect.

For customers located outside the United States, Beyond Power will provide a return shipping label and return instructions. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a performance defect.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service. For customer-arranged returns, the tracking number must be provided to the Beyond Power Support Team at support@beyond-power.com. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within two business days after the item has been received and inspected.

What's in Returns and Refused Shipments Fees

The Returns and Refused Shipments Fees include:

Restocking fee (Charged by Beyond Power)

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that the payment was made with. The refund process will take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Replacement Service

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained a substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to Beyond Power.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

Exceptions – Customs, Duties & Import Related Refusals

Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy, orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to the customer's failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are not eligible for a full or partial refund.

In such instances:

The customer remains fully responsible for the full order value, original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any additional customs-related charges.

No cancellation, refund, or store credit will be issued for refusal related to import duties or taxes.

Beyond Power reserves the right to collect all outstanding costs associated with refused or abandoned shipments due to customs non-payment.
