The Museum Shops ships Monday–Friday. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and most major holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your online order ships.
International Orders We ship all international orders with tracking to your address via USPS. Most products can be shipped to international addresses. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Returns from The Shops at the Denver Art Museum
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise, in saleable condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your Museum Shop receipt. Gift recipients will receive a store merchandise credit in the form of a Museum Store gift card.
Some exclusions apply:
Custom Prints are made to order and are non-returnable.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Final Sale items and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to return your merchandise:
Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return shipment, your phone number, and a preferred time for us to contact you.
Online purchases can also be exchanged/returned to our physical stores.

Damages/Order Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged or you have an issue, please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org with photos of the damaged product(s) immediately, and we will follow up with the next steps.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
The Denver Art Museum Shops are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided during checkout, whether in-store or online. Please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org if you have an issue. We will then confirm delivery to the address given at checkout, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
