Change of Mind Returns

We want to ensure that you have the right equipment for your needs, and sometimes that might involve a change of heart.

We are pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase, but before you send back your item, please double-check the following:

•The item must be in new condition.

•The item must be unused.

•The item must be in its original packaging.

•All tags and labels must be attached.

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind:

A $40 return processing and restocking fee applies to all approved change of mind returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund and covers the costs associated with receiving, inspecting, processing, and restocking returned merchandise.

•Once you've submitted your return claim, you'll have 5 business days to return the item(s). Please ensure you keep your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

Please be aware that if the item(s) are not received in their original condition (unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached), a full refund may not be available.Before placing your order, we strongly recommend checking your vehicle, caravan or awning measurements, along with the product dimensions listed on each product page, to ensure the item is suitable for your setup. Taking a few moments to confirm compatibility can help avoid unnecessary returns, shipping costs and processing fees. If you're unsure, our team is always happy to help before you purchase.

Warranty

All products are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

We don’t cover:

•Normal wear and tear from heavy use

•Damage from misuse, neglect, or incorrect setup

•Modifications or repairs outside of us
