- TRANSIT TIME -

For DHL Packet Plus and DHL Express, the transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.

For Speedpost Standard and Speedpost Priority, you may refer the list here.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to custom clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
