Fulfillment Timeframe

We are a small, but mighty team! We typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days. During sales or new launches, our fulfillment window is between 5-7 business days. Some items may have an extended fulfillment time, and will be clearly stated within the item description.

Shipping within the United States:

Any orders being delivered within the United State will be shipped out USPS or UPS. We offer free economy shipping at the amount indicated in our store banner, while orders that fall below that threshold will be charged $4.50 or $9.25 depending upon the package weight. We offer Expedited Shipping, with the rates listed in your cart at checkout.

For any orders with a value over $600, we will require a Signature for delivery.

Shipping outside of the United States:

We are happy to ship worldwide! For Canada and the rest of the world, shipping rates are dependent upon the weight of your package, but we offer competitively priced Economy Shipping options. You can see which rate you will pay by going into the checkout with your wanted items and inputting your shipping information there. We also offer Expedited International Shipping, with the rates showing in your cart at checkout.

We developed our carriers with all shapes and sizes in mind. Please keep in mind that there may be a learning curve for you and your baby while learning how to comfortably use your carrier. Send us an email at hello @hopeandplum.co or schedule a free fit consultation with our babywearing educators if you need further assistance. We are always here to help and are happy to provide guidance. We are happy to accept returns of unused/unworn products purchased directly from our site within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery of your purchase for a refund of your purchase price and thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for store credit (less shipping costs). Any items that are discounted (other than first-time purchase codes), are final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to proceed with a return, please note the following: all products must be returned in new, unused/unworn condition, with the registration or all pertinent tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. Please make sure to package your return appropriately, in a shipping box. All return orders are subject to a return fee that includes return shipping.

Once we receive the item, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to inspect the item and issue a refund. It will usually take two (2) to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or to a store credit gift card, depending on what was selected at our return portal. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned. If an item is found to have been used, we will not be able to accept it as a return. Upon receipt of your item, we will check for things like intact tags, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up or other damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.). If your item has been determined to be used, we will send an email specifying what was found, and we will not be able to process your return. We will offer you the option to have us send back the item at your cost, if you'd like to keep the item.

If your order is outside of the return window or is final sale, you can utilize our Treet marketplace and resell your item directly to another customer.

** International Orders (Including Canada): Once shipped, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange. **

hope&plum is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Any and all inquiries about order cancellation/changes should be sent to hello@ hopeandplum.co . If we receive a request to cancel or change an order within one (1) hour after purchase, we will strive to make sure the order is cancelled and/or changed per the request. Any cancel/change requests after the first (1) hour will not be allowed. If your order is processed before the cancellation request comes in, we will be unable to cancel the order.
