We make an effort to ship your products as quickly as possible. However, under unusual circumstances shipping may be delayed up to 10 days. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please email support@frogwedge.com. We will do our best to make it right, or refund your purchase upon return.

•All refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please email support@frogwedge.com to receive a free return label. Once your return is received and processed, the order amount minus a 10% restocking fee will be reimbursed. Frogwedge does not reimburse shipping fees from the original order.

•International Orders (outside of the U.S) DO NOT include additional Duty Fees that may be assessed by your local government.

•Any errors in the information provided at checkout may result in delays/loss of shipment and/or additional shipping fees to re-send returned products. Frogwedge is not responsible for errors in shipping, billing, and/or email addresses.

•Lost/Stolen packages - Packages that do not get scanned to their final destination may be deemed lost, and are eligible for reimbursement from USPS/UPS. Packages that are marked delivered, but not found, are typically deemed as "stolen" by the mail carrier. In this case, a GPS scan may be requested on the delivery location, accurate within 6 feet to confirm delivery (USPS). FrogWedge is not liable for stolen packages that were found to be scanned to the correct address.
