Sylvie offers US nationwide* shipping for all orders unless oversized and certain weights.

Freight Shipping: For oversized and heavy pieces, Sylvie offers scheduled freight delivery. Freight deliveries typically take between 7-14 business days to arrive once packed from our warehouse. Please note that freight delivery requires a delivery appointment and a signature upon delivery. We currently offer the following freight service:

Threshold - Inside delivery through main entry

White Glove - Inside delivery to the location of your choice, unpack and debris removal. This also includes a two man team.

Shipping Times

•Standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected.

•Freight shipping times will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, as they can vary based on the nature and destination of the shipment.

Tracking Your Order

•Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
