Shipping carriers

We've contracted with DHL and USPS to provide standard, expedited and priority shipping services. Transit times are generally 1- 7 business days after fulfillment unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier. Express shipping with FedEx and USPS are also available for an additional fee. Your shipping preference can be selected at check out. Please note that transit times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Contact our Support team for additional information.

Fulfillment guarantee

We know that waiting for a package is pure agony so we give you our word that your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email by the third business day after your order is placed, please contact our Support team for additional assistance.

Freight/shipping forwarders

We do not permit orders to be shipped to freight forwarders or shipping forwarding services. Any orders intended for these types of shipping will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.

Hey, we’re not going to give you a big spiel here, however, you probably want to read the instructions below to make sure the return process goes smoothly.

Return Policy

Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.

More important stuff

•Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed

•We can’t accept exchange requests

•If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Owala.

Return instructions

Great! So you’re ready to request a return. The button below will take you to a return portal where you can generate your own label. Fill out the required information and a return label will be immediately available for download. Print out the label, carefully pack up your returned bottles so that they’re not damaged while in transit, and securely fasten your return label to the outside of your package. Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office and we’ll take care of it from there.
