Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases

If you would like to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ you must contact us within 60 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 70 days of the date of delivery. Please note that both the product and the packaging need to be in its original condition and unused when returned. We are not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that provides insurance or postage tracking.
