Order Processing Times

Most orders ship next business day, however it is occasionally longer. Standard processing time is 1-5 business days. This is the time it takes for your order to be processed before it ships. Please note, processing times might be extended during sales or large releases.

- Over $75: Free Shipping

Order shipped internationally:

- Calculated shipping depending on carrier

Shipping Times

Orders shipped within the US:

- First Class: Once processed, orders take approximately 10-15 days for delivery

- Priority: Once processed, orders take approximately 3-10 days for delivery

Orders shipped internationally to Canada:

- First Class: Once processed, orders takes approximately 15-30 days for delivery

- Priority: Once processed, orders take approximately 7-21 days for delivery

For sanitary reasons Calla and Friends does not accept returns. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@callaandfriends.com within 5 business days to receive a replacement of in-stock items or a store credit. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
