When your goodies are ready to rock, your order will be shipped by USPS and will take up to 3 business days in the USA. Overseas orders vary from 7-10 working days. *Note: Postage delays do happen!

Bought the wrong size? No problem, we can resize that for just a small fee.
Received a damaged item? That's on us- let us replace that for you! In fact, with our 365 day repair warranty, you don't need to worry about a thing!

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Though we don't offer refunds here at TT, we will gladly offer exchanges on any ready~to~ship items purchased from our site. Simply get in touch via the contact tab within 30 days of receiving your item, and once returned, we will organize a unique code for you to use on the site at any time.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning and resending your item, unless damaged upon receiving (then that's on us!)
**Due to the process of our made-to-order pieces, we don't offer exchanges on any made-to-order pieces, but fear not, we can resize at a small cost**
DAMAGED ITEMS We will replace or fix any items if they are defective or damaged within 365 days of receiving. Please send us an email at team@turquoisetuesday.com with your order number and details. We will either repair or replace the item for you, gladly! ;)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary so please allow time for transit. Once received, we will process your order within 7 working days and it'll be put back in queue with our usual wait times.
