To provide you with the fastest and most affordable shipping options, your order will be shipped from either a warehouse in the Netherlands (orders in Europe, Canada, and Middle-East), a warehouse in the United States (orders in the U.S.) or a warehouse in Asia (orders in Australia, and other Asian/Oceania countries).

For most countries within Europe the delivery will be around 2-6 business days. United States about 2-4 business days. For other countries, please view the table below for an estimation. A tracking code will be provided within 48 hours after shipment. Please note that if your delivery address is in Canada or Switzerland, import tariffs may apply. These extra costs have to be paid by the customer. A special point of attention for people in the U.K., Norway, and U.S.: there are NO extra custom duties or import tariffs due on your order. We have already taken care of these.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. This means you have 30 days to return your item after receipt. We offer free shipping on all returns within the EU that have an order value of €150 or more (except for the Armwrestling Mega Station). Unfortunately, we don't have a return service for return shipments from outside of the EU. This means that return shipments from outside of the EU have to be paid for and taken care of by the customer. Returns will be refundable in the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

For all returns, please email info @goldengrip.com so we can assist you further. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if you're in the EU), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

After receiving your return shipment, the expected processing time is 1-2 business days. This means we will refund your order within 1-2 business days.All orders are normally processed immediately and automatically shipped out. This means that after you've placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel it. In that case, you can simply return it following our return policy after receipt.
