All Domestic U.S. shipping is by basic ground transportation carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS.Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Pleasenote your order may encounter delays once shipped due increased shipping volume or inclementweather which is out of our control. Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the originalretail price/full order value/weight.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

We offer expedited shipping for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. By selectingexpedited shipping at checkout (excluding holidays). Oversized or large furniture items are not eligiblefor expedited shipping. Due to high shipping volumes and demand, please note that shipping carriersare experiencing delays nationwide. GFG will not be held responsible for carrier delays due to weatherand/or other circumstances out of our control.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local furniture delivery is available. This service is available in a 200 mile radius from within Crosslake,MN and Baxter, MN area, incurring a flat rate of $200. To determine eligibility contact us atsupport@greatfurnituregallery.com and select “local delivery” at time of checkout.IN-STORE PICKUP:In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability.

DOMESTIC FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please call for a quote. Additionalshipping charges may occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD,NE, MA, KS, FL, MI, ID. These charges are applied at checkout.

CUSTOM FURNITURE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS:

Most made to order (custom) furniture and oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers whichhave extended processing and delivery times. The quoted lead time for custom furniture reflects theproduction and processing time of the item before it leaves the manufacturing warehouse. Typicallyonce the item has reached the designated warehouse, the item will ship within 2-4 weeks.Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email regarding your shipment and carrier.Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may havereduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual. Your freight carrierwill contact you within 1-2 days of delivery to finalize delivery, typically with a 4-hour window.Please note that if your order contains multiple made-to-order/custom items with varying lead times,delivery will be consolidated into one shipment with the latest quoted lead time. Should you prefer toreceive your items in separate shipments, please note this will incur additional delivery fees. Selectoversized custom furniture is delivered via white glove delivery service which includes a two-mandelivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Pleasenote, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For easeof delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery.Any non-custom furniture that does not fit within standard delivery packaging requirements will beshipped via freight carrier. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as “WhiteGlove”. Please note that white glove delivery is dependent upon the availability of the service with eachfreight carrier and is not always available. If you would like to confirm if your item is shipped whiteglove, please contact support@greatfurnituregallery.com before placing an order. GFG makes everyeffort to offer white glove delivery in most instances; however, it is not a guarantee that a 3rd partycarrier offers white glove delivery service.It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upondelivery of the item. The Great Furniture Gallery will not be held responsible if the piece does not fitinto the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for thereturned item pending approval from The Great Furniture Gallery, in addition to any return shippingcosts. Furniture must be returned in its original packaging. All custom furniture is final sale and noteligible for return. Made-to-order cushions may ship separately.

FREIGHT CARRIERS:

All other shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies.We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. GFG will notbe held responsible for any damages after the item(s) have left our showroom/warehouse. It is theresponsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driverto leave. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately and notate inthorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has beenaccepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with theappropriate company. GFG will happily accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it isdetermined to be a manufacturing issue.an additional 1-3 weeks for your item to ship.

SHIPPING TO PO BOX:At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US. To arrange international delivery, werecommend using a freight forwarding company that will ship to your country. Please note customersare responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.LEAD TIMES:We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that alllead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are strictly quoted as production timeonly and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. If multipleitems are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed. We do not accept product returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. We thoughtfully curateall products on our site from many sources that we trust will portray our signature GFG style. Cancelation Policy

The Great Furniture Gallery has a no-cancellation policy for back-ordered and pre-ordered itemsoutside our 24 hour cancellation window from time of purchase. Our team works hard to keep oursite up to date with the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Once your order isplaced, it is sent to the manufacturer and a cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturerhas confirmed your order. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame due to a delay in productionmay occur and are subject to change. Please note that The Great Furniture Gallery and ourmanufacturers are still experiencing COVID related delays for both production and shipping. Ourteam will notify you of any changes to the estimated ship times of item(s) in your order as often as weare updated by the manufacturer and will ship items as they become available. We thank you for yourpatience regarding back-ordered and pre-ordered Shoppe items.•For in-stock items when you submit an order through our site, an order confirmation is sent to youand our system verifies your payment method. After you place your order, it is immediately sent to ourfulfillment center and can no longer be modified. Theft Policy

The Great Furniture Gallery does not cover instances of theft.When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. Unfortunately, inthe case of theft, we are not able to cover it. We apologize if theft was what happened and sincerelyhope that the package turns up.
