While we strive to provide free shipping wherever possible, there are circumstances where shipping costs may apply. These include:

•High-Value Items: Products with a higher price point may incur shipping charges due to the increased cost of secure packaging and handling.

•Special Locations: Orders shipped to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional shipping fee. This is due to the extra costs associated with ensuring your product's safe and timely delivery.

•International Orders to Remote Islands ONLY: Shipping fees for orders outside our standard service areas, including international shipments, will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Calculating Shipping Fees

For products and locations where free shipping is not applicable, shipping fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process. The fee will be calculated based on the delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

📦 Shipping Disclaimer – Please Read Before Ordering Some Bulky Items

Over 99% of our catalog ships directly from our U.S. warehouse for fast, reliable domestic delivery.

However, a very small number of specialty or limited-inventory items (less than 1%) may ship from one of our international supplier facilities — typically only when the item is not currently stocked in the U.S.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

- Delivery timelines for these select international shipments may range from 7 to 35+ business days, depending on carrier, location, and customs processing. - Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until delivery is complete. At that point, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy . - Filing a chargeback during shipment is not a valid resolution method and violates our Terms of Service. If an item is still in transit, we will provide full tracking evidence to the payment processor and reserve the right to assess recovery fees. - We will always provide accurate tracking information and are committed to supporting your order until it arrives.

Standard Returns

•You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

•Items can be returned if they’re in their original condition

•Refunds are processed after the returned item is delivered and inspected.

•The customer must notify us as soon as the package has been dropped off. This is required so our team can promptly retrieve the package from our return location and begin the inspection process.

General Return Shipping Policy

•US Customers: Return labels are provided. A small restock fee will apply depending on item size.

•International Customers: Customers cover return shipping. BUT — you’ll always have access to flexible HighPeak Refunds+ options that can help you skip return shipping altogether. As well as the return shipping cost refunded in HighPeak credit.

Sale Items

Sale items can still be returned within our 30-day window.

•To make it easier, you can always choose one of our HighPeak Refunds+ options (like bonus credit or keep-it combos) instead of sending it back.

High-Value & Oversized Products

For furniture, appliances, or items over $500 USD / 22 lbs (10 kg):

•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

•A restocking fee applies — but it can be refunded back to you as HighPeak credit for even more value.

•Bulky or custom-made items are final sale. But don’t worry — if something goes wrong, we’ll always work with you for a fair, happy resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

•Items below $15USD in value

•Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

•Personal care, hygiene, toilet and bedding products

•Custom made products

•Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

•Digital/downloadable goods

•Clearance/final sale items

Gift cards

•Media-based streaming devices (e.g., FlixStick)

•Gaming consoles, mats or devices that include pre-loaded/digital games (once activated, played, or accessed).

Seasonal & Holiday Items

Seasonal items (like Halloween décor, costumes, Christmas lights, Valentine’s gifts, etc.) bring the HighPeak spirit to life — but because they’re tied to specific moments in time, they follow special return rules to keep things fair for everyone.

Return Requests: Seasonal or holiday products are only eligible for return if a request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery and the item remains unopened and unused. This ensures the return is genuine and not post-season use.

After-Holiday Policy: Once the associated holiday has passed (for example, after October 25th for Halloween, December 20th for Christmas, etc.), all sales are final for those seasonal items.

Used or Opened Items: Costumes, décor, or accessories that have been worn, displayed, or opened from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

HighPeak Refunds+ Options: Even if your item doesn’t qualify for a standard return, you can still choose one of our HighPeak Refunds+ paths — like partial cash-back, bonus credit, or keep-it-and-credit combos — so you never leave empty-handed.

Cancellations & Cancellation Fees

We’re happy to accommodate cancellations whenever possible—but eligibility depends on where your order is in the process.

Same-Day Cancellations (No Fee)If you request a cancellation on the same calendar day your order was placed and it hasn’t begun processing or production, we can typically cancel it at no cost. In rare cases, a small (up to 5%) non-refundable payment processing fee may still apply though very rare.

Orders in Production or ProcessingIf your order has already entered processing or production a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply. This covers costs already incurred by our manufacturing partners.

Orders Already Shipped Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Most remain eligible for return after delivery under our standard return policy.

Made-to-Order or Custom ItemsOnce production has begun on any made-to-order or custom item, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Because made-to-order and custom items are created specifically for you, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

Why Cancellation Fees ExistMany of our partners begin preparing or building items within hours of the order being placed. If canceled after this point, they may not be able to recoup those costs. Cancellation fees help offset these losses and keep pricing fair across the marketplace.
