We offer FREE Shipping on all items over £500 to most parts of the UK. All items under £500 will be charged at £19.95. Parcel Force will aim to deliver the next working day but due to COVID -19 (for a limited time only) we are only operating on a 1 day pick up service each week, deliveries will be at your door on a Tuesday. If you need your items next day, then please give us a ring as we can work around this.

When operating a normal service, all goods ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri at 3pm excluding bank holidays. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by our couriers.

Tracking number for your consignment will be emailed to you including a text service if a mobile number is added to the order. Parcel Force will text you to let you know when your delivery is ready to be dispatched, and when it will be delivered.

If for any reason you have not received your order with in 48 hours or by end of day on Tuesdays (for limited COVID rules) please get in touch.

Item sold by separate suppliers will be shipped by separate couriers, so please don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t all arrive at the same time.

We understand there might be an occasion where you have changed your mind on the purchase. We always hope you are happy with every package delivered, but if for some reason you want to send it back to us, please get in contact within 14 days from delivery. Please send all items in the original packaging it arrived in.

Once we receive the package and it has gone through our returns department, it will need to meet our requirements before a refund will be issued. We will never except used items, wet or mouldy canvas tents or awnings, and only accept refunds where the product meets our standard for resale unless faulty. We can only refund you the price of the product. We cannot refund you the delivery cost.

It is completely down to the customer to make sure it arrives back to us undamaged; we strongly recommend you take out insurance for the item in case it became lost or damaged. Our tents have a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This will guarantee manufacturing issues including stitching causing the tent to leak, but it’s not an insurance policy against damage caused by wear and tear or bad weather conditions, such as high winds. Damage caused from high winds misuse or any damage that was not caused by the manufacturing process will not be covered under the warranty.

Please note, we recommend that all mattresses need to be tested by the customer upon arrival. This will guarantee any manufacturing issues should they arise, including stitching and faulty valves causing the mattress to leak.

This policy does not cover against damage caused by wear and tear, or damage caused from misuse or any damage that was not caused by the manufacturing process. We can only offer a 14 day returns policy on all mattresses, so we highly recommend you check to make sure the mattress is in good working order.
