Shipping of items will be handled by the following carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FEDEX) and XPO for larger freight shipments. Some local shipments are sent via Roadie, a same day delivery service.

All shipping over $99 is free shipping, with the exception of custom furniture and hospitality bulk purchases, which will have a quote given at the time of purchase.

Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

We know how frustrating it can be when a package doesn't arrive as expected. To help us make things right, please reach out to us at nest@cleandesignhome.com within 30 days of the carrier marking your package as delivered. This gives us the best chance to work with the carrier and resolve the situation for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor non-delivery claims submitted after 30 days. We also recommend shipping to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible for packages marked delivered where an incorrect or insecure address (e.g. "porch pirates") was provided. For peace of mind with higher-value orders, we suggest selecting a signature-required delivery option at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to hygiene requirements, we do not accept clothing, pillows, bath towels or bed linens for return if opened or used.To start a return, you can contact us at nest@cleandesignhome.com . You will pay for all shipping costs to send the Items sent back to us. Any items that are returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted or eligible for refund. For all returns, you will also be charged a 10% restocking fee and will be responsible for return UPS/USPS fees.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
