Lost/Stolen Packages

SirrJohn Moto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page . All SirrJohn Moto Product purchases must be registered within 14 days of purchase by the original purchaser to be eligible for any warranty claims. Please Kindly Give Us a call to register your product purchase.

In order to initiate a product return, warranty, component or replacement, please contact us directly.

A Valid Receipt is Required

Returning Product(s) within 7 Days of Purchase:

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your new scooter when you get it, send it back within 7 days for a full refund. shipping, inspection and restocking fees apply.

Returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition.

The returned Product(s) must be received by SirrJohn Moto within 7 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s).

SirrJohn Moto is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that if SirrJohn Moto does not receive the returned Product(s) within 7 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s), you will not be entitled to a refund.

You are solely responsible for any and all shipping & handling charges associated with returning any unwanted Product(s). Upon receipt of said item(s), a 35% inspection & restocking fee and initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

SirrJohn Moto will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item(s).

Refunds minus shipping, inspection & restocking fees will be issued. Most refunds are fully refunded in 7 days after we receive and process your return.

SirrJohn Moto fully inspects and certifies items to be in proper working condition prior to shipment. In the unlikely event an item is non-working upon delivery, SirrJohn Moto will service or replace the item under our Warranty Policy.

1 Year Limited Warranty Policy:

SirrJohn Moto warranty covers the frame, parts, electronic components, motor and battery (except as further defined below) against defects in material and workmanship under ordinary consumer use by the original owner for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original sales receipt.

During these warranty periods Priorities of SirrJohn Moto will be to replace defective parts once they have been returned to Us and determined to be defective from manufacturer error.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Seller expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for any particular use or purpose.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, tires, brakes and associated components, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, repair, storage or use of the product.

This warranty shall not apply if the product is modified by any party other than Seller. This warranty only applies to SirrJohn Moto Products sold by SirrJohnMoto.
