Free Delivery when you spend over £200+ to mainland UK locations. Delivery cost of £3.99 to £5.99 for orders under £200 to mainland UK locations.

Orders placed before 10am will be processed the same day for delivery the next working day*, subject to payment clearing and stock being located in our warehouse. e.g. An order placed by 10am on Wednesday will be processed on the same Wednesday for delivery to you the next working day on Thursday (most mainland UK destinations). Any orders placed after 10am will be processed the next working day.

Please note orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.* Some smaller or lower value items may be sent by Royal Mail: This is not a guaranteed service and deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days.

We will notify you of any 'out of stock' items as soon as possible. Please also note that we will normally wait for all items to come into stock before shipping. If you wish us to part-ship extra delivery charges may apply.Time Tracking a Delivery.

Most of our courier deliveries are taken by DHL who offer a 1 hour delivery window for mainland UK deliveries so you don't have to wait in all day for your goods. This delivery window will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of order, so please ensure you have access to that email to see your delivery details. Alternatively, the delivery window can be sent to your mobile, so if you'd like this service, please ensure that you include your preferred mobile number on your order. Your mobile number will only be used to contact you with the delivery window, or if we need to contact you with any issues regarding your delivery.

*Please note -

1) Used items may take longer to dispatch as we want to thoroughly test and check it before it gets sent out to make sure you have it in the best possible condition

2) Heavy items such as Pianos, Amp stacks or PA equipment need to go via specialist couriers such as pallet couriers and may take a little longer. They also don't use tracking numbers in the same way that traditional couriers such as DHL do. All deliveries of this nature will be to ground floor only. We do offer a service where we can deliver the item upstairs and/or install the item however there will be an additional charge to this. Pianos and Delivery Options on Larger Items

Large pianos will be sent by pallet couriers and will take longer than 24 hours. This usual delivery time is between 48-72 hours however may be longer depending on location* and delivery schedule. Please contact us on 0121 643 1685 to check.

If you are ordering a larger new boxed item, such as a piano, the pallet couriers will bring the item to your front door and you are responsible for getting it into your premises. Please ensure that you are able to carry the item or have help on hand at the time of delivery. Drivers are unable to carry large items to anything other than the ground floor entrance to your building so if you live on the 1st floor or higher or have unusual access circumstances, please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements.

Pre-built or used pianos will need to be delivered by specialist delivery drivers and could incur additional charge. The cost will vary based on size of piano and distance from our showroom.

We are able to take away old pianos to scrap and destroy however this will incur an additional charge (Please note that this extra charge is not subject to finance).

We do offer installation services for digital pianos at extra cost so please contact our sales team on 0121 643 1685 if you'd like to discuss this option.

*Some areas, including Northern Ireland, R.O.I, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and any other UK Island are classed as "remote areas" by our couriers which means delivery normally takes 1-3 days to arrive and may incur a carriage charge.

Bank Holiday Delivery

We're unable to offer normal next working-day delivery on Bank Holidays, as many of our suppliers and couriers operate a reduced service. In summary:

Bank Holiday Mondays - if you've ordered on the Saturday or Sunday prior and selected next-day delivery, your order won't be delivered on the Monday - you can expect it to arrive on the Tuesday.

Bank Holiday Fridays - if you've ordered on the Thursday prior, your order won't be delivered on the Friday - you can expect your order to arrive on or after the Monday.

These are guidelines on Bank Holiday delivery - some cases may differ depending on courier availability. Please refer to courier tracking info for real-time updates on your delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Fairdeal Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of goods for a refund, provided that the item is in 'as new' condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that you will be liable for any delivery charges associated with returning the item to us. In most cases, the charges are £20 for items within the UK, but it may be more for heavier items.

If the item is faulty, we will arrange for the item to be collected at our expense within 30 days of purchase, and provide you with a like-for-like replacement, a repair, a credit against another purchase, or a full refund, depending on the stock availability and the option you choose. If the fault develops after 30 days, but within 365 days of purchase, we will facilitate any warranty repairs, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the repair is uneconomical, we reserve the right to offer an exchange or refund at our discretion. Please note that if the item is out of warranty due to misuse or accidental damage, any costs involved in its repair will be passed on to you.

There are some exceptions to our returns policy. For example, software, DVDs, or audio CDs with opened wrapping or broken seals cannot be returned. In-ear monitors or earbuds cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Built-to-order or special order items such as flight cases are also non-returnable. Please note that items ordered on request are not subject to our 30-day return policy and will not be refunded or exchanged after the initial 14-day period.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by emailing sales@fairdealmusic.co.uk . If the item has already been dispatched, we expect you to cover the return costs.

To return an item, you will need a receipt and/or order number, the original packaging, and all accessories. If you made an in-store purchase, please bring the card you paid with. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

If customers wish to return an item using their own courier, they may do so at their own expense. However, please note that we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during transit using the customer's chosen delivery method. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged and insured before shipping it back to us.
