Home Delivery

The ListenUp delivery team will call within 1 business day of the order being placed to schedule the delivery.

Items requiring freight

For large or heavy items, including select TVs, freight shipping is required. The typical delivery time for most orders is 3-7 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and it's essential that someone is available to receive the delivery.

The trucking company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please provide a valid phone number for the trucking company to schedule your delivery.

Please note that you must be present for delivery.

Visually inspect the box to make sure you see no signs of damage. If you notice any damage at all, take some pictures with your phone and make a note of them on the delivery receipt the driver will ask you to sign. If it is obvious that the product is damaged, please refuse the order and contact us immediately at 877-744-1179 or email contact@listenup.com .

Open your box as soon as possible and inspect the product for damage and contact us if you find anything wrong.

Keeping the Box

Keep the shipping box for at least 30 days.

Keeping boxes for audio products for the life of the product is recommended for trade-in value and potential future needs.

Exclusions & exceptions:

Please note that specially delivered or high-value products, such as McIntosh, Moon, larger televisions, floorstanding speakers, and furniture, may not be covered by this policy. Additionally, bespoke and custom-made items, along with certain products like window coverings, lighting fixtures, projection film screens, and custom ordered furniture are excluded. Commercial or contract sales are subject to the terms of the contract. Refused shipments are considered returns and are subject to applicable restocking fees.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@listenup.com or call 877-744-1179 . Our service specialists will guide you through the process. Upon approval, you'll receive a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping label. Follow the checklist provided for proper preparation.

•Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the shipping label.

•The item should be in like-new condition.

•Ship the item with all original packaging.

•Include all accessories from the original shipment (e.g., power cords, cables).

•Return all manuals, warranty cards, and printed materials in good condition.

•Use standard packing tape; avoid duct tape.

•Avoid writing on the original box.

•Attach the shipping label to the box with the RA number written on it.

•Cover or remove any remaining shipping labels on the box.

ListenUp reserves the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees if items are not returned in like-new condition. Refused shipments are considered returns and are subject to applicable restocking fees. Reasons for refusal or restocking fees may also include serial number mismatch, missing parts, improper repackaging, heavy use, physical damage, or products returned after the 60-day return window.

Refurbished, b-Stock, or damaged items, and products missing components or accessories are ineligible.
