How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping to the US for orders over $150.

For orders below $150, and to the rest of the world, shipping cost is a flat rate price. This price may change due to fluctuating shipping costs. You can save on shipping by ordering multiple items together.

You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number once your order has been processed. Allow up to 2 days for tracking to begin. Import duties and taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where will you be shipping from?

We currently ship from our store in NYC.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping usually takes between 4-10 working days depending on your location.

Express domestic shipping usually takes between 2-3 working days depending on your location.

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for order processing time.

When are your shipping days?

We pack, prepare, and ship on certain days on weekdays, excluding holidays. That means we ship on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday the cutoff time for shipping out the same day is at 1 PM. Anything ordered after or during the weekend will be shipped the following business shipping day.

What does pre-order / back-order mean?

Pre-order/back-order means that we are currently low on or have no stock of an item, your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

For these products, we may offer these products for pre-order so that you may reserve your items before they arrive and sell out. Your payment is processed when your order is made to ensure your reservation. Estimated ship dates are found on each product page. There may be times where the arrival of said product will be delayed to shipping interruptions or other issues. Always keep in mind that this usually depends on the shipping carrier and brand partners and varies from situation to situation. We will do our best to keep you updated during these times.

During the pre-order period, you receive a discount in exchange for your early order. All products go to full price once they arrive.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipping. All ship dates provided are estimates and may change at any time due to real-time transit conditions provided by carriers.

Do you charge a re-shipping fee?

We may charge a processing fee to re-ship orders that have been returned to us for the following reasons:

1. Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery2. Insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process3. Unclaimed parcels from your local post office

Although we discourage returns simply for a change of mind, we would like for you to enjoy products purchased from UrbanCred.com.

If you purchased a product directly from the site and are not happy with the purchase, we will issue you a refund (amount will be less shipping fee; if applicable) provided that the item is returned within 14 days of original purchase to our fulfillment centers or office (items pre-order or back-ordered may be returned within 14 days of product ship date). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund requests can take up to 10-20 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if from in-store.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

All product returns must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, packed in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.

To initiate a return, customers must obtain a return shipping label prior to sending any items back. Return labels can be generated and submitted directly by visiting https://account.urbancred.com . Any items returned without a valid return label may be refused or not accepted.

If the item requested for return is more than 14 days old, it is in eligible for a return.

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Products purchased through retailers other than UrbanCred are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

Customers are solely responsible for generating their own return shipping labels independently through https://account.urbancred.com. Items returned without a valid return label will not be accepted. Unless the return is due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to merchandise that was damaged prior to your receipt, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise to UrbanCred.

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Products purchased through retailers other than UrbanCred are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

International Returns

We’re currently unable to provide return labels for orders shipped outside the U.S. If you’d still like to proceed with a return, any associated shipping costs—including customs, border, tariffs, and related fees—will be deducted from your refund total.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@urbancred.com and we will supply you with a shipping label.
