For orders delivered within Australia, customers must provide a valid email address and/or Australian mobile number at checkout.

From 31 May 2026, this is required for parcel processing and label creation with Australia Post.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For regions outside Australia and New Zealand, orders may be fulfilled from either our Australian warehouse or directly from our partner facilities, depending on your location and product availability.

At Techyin, we’re committed to offering a smooth and fair return experience for our customers in Australia and beyond.

1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You're entitled to:

A refund or replacement if a product has a major failure

Repairs or replacements for minor faults

2. Change of Mind Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and unopened

It includes all original packaging and accessories

You have a valid proof of purchase

Important notes:

Return shipping is at your expense

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply

If free shipping was applied to your order, actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

Exclusions:

Gift cards

Request a return by emailing our team for an RMA (Return Authorisation). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Opened or used accessories (controllers, thumb grips, cables)

Trading cards, sealed collectibles, or limited-edition items

Customised or personalised goods

Items with missing packaging or broken seals

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the damage or error

We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange as appropriate — including covering return shipping if required.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method

Your bank may take extra time to finalise the refund

If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

6. EU Orders – 14-Day Cooling-Off

If you're in the European Union, you're entitled to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.Conditions:

Product must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping is your responsibility

You must use a tracked shipping method and provide proof of return tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking information.
