Free shipping is available for the contiguous U.S. only. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to standard shipping rates.

You deserve the confidence of knowing your purchase is worry-free. That’s why we created the The Life Happens Guarantee—protecting you from life’s “uh-oh” moments.

With The Life Happens Guarantee , Ruggable products purchased from Ruggable.com can be returned for any reason for a full refund (minus a returns processing fee*) within 30 days of the delivery date. If you reside at a U.S. address, you may exchange your Ruggable products for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost.

We understand that you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. Don’t worry about your returned item(s) having some pet fur on them or signs of normal wear and tear, we will still honor The Life Happens Guarantee.

However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. If you have received multiple items in one package, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.com for assistance. When purchased as a Two-Piece Rug System, you must return the entire Rug System (both the Rug Pad and the Rug Cover).
