Items from THE SUGAR PATCH are custom printed on-demand for each customer and every order. For this reason, all purchases are final. An order may be cancelled if the customer notifies THE SUGAR PATCH within 24 hours of placing the order.
In the instance that delivered items are damaged or defective, replacement items will be issued at no cost to the customer. Additionally, if a customer's order is lost, or not delivered, a replacement order will be created and sent at no additional cost to the customer.
