30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 30 days from shipping date for an exchange or refund. Returns of items not originally “In Stock” must be made within 10 days from shipping date.

You may return any part that has not been installed or used in any way. Item must be returned in its original undamaged and unopened factory packaging.

Please do not return goods to us COD. Apply a Return Label and ship the package back to us UPS or USPS. We suggest that you use a shipping method which you can trace.

Refund and Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, excluding errors on our part. Electrical parts are not returnable.

You will be refunded for the return merchandise meeting the above described criteria to your original form of payment or by check. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless Sea-Way Marine was responsible for the order error. In no case will we refund expedited shipping charges.
