International Shipping

We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of United States.

United States Postal Service and APO Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver shipments. As a result, we cannot ship to military addresses because our preferred shipper, United Parcel Service (UPS), is not authorized to service them.

We apologize for this inconvenience because providing service to our hard-working military personnel is important. However, if you have family or friends within the continental US, you can ship your order to them and have them forward it to you. We realize this is not an ideal option, but we hope that this gives you access to our products.

UPS Claims

ShopClek promises to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.

ShopClek will assist customers with filing a UPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, clekinc.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS about any loss or delivery disputes. Doing so allows time to work with UPS, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

This site is a subsidiary of Clek Inc., and all credit card processing will be performed by Clek Inc. The charge on your statement will appear from “Clek Inc.”, though certain payment processors may choose to display the charge differently.

We verify all billing addresses with the credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, your order will not be processed.

Any orders placed could be subject to cross border or exchange fees by your card issuer, and Clek cannot reimburse for any such fees assessed by your card-issuing bank

Before riding with us, please review our return policy to ensure that, in the unlikely event that you decide to initiate a return, you know what to expect.

General Return Policy Terms and Conditions

We accept returns on certain Clek car seats, booster seats and accessories (excluding the q-tether and p-thingy) if they meet the following criteria:

•To ensure uncompromised safety and hygiene, we only accept returns on unopened, unused products sealed in their original packaging with a valid receipt from Clekinc.com.

•Before you open the box, please make sure the car seat is the item you intended to purchase (referring to the info label on the outside of the box).

•All Tags, manuals, and labels must be attached.

•Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered

We do not accept returns on q-tether, p-thingy or items marked Clearance / Open Box. Replacement parts are final sale and non-refundable.

Product Return Terms and Conditions:

•Please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.

•Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

•If returned merchandise is found to have been used, opened or is damaged, does not match your original purchase or otherwise fails to meet our return requirements as outlined above, it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% or – if inspected and found to be in unsellable condition - will be returned to you (plus additional return shipping charges).

•Please note that items returned without prior authorization from Clek will not be accepted for a refund.

•Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

•You have the option of purchasing a label directly from us, using discounted rates or using your own provider.

•If using your own carrier, you will be required to provide tracking information.

•Your return must be shipped back within 14 days after receipt of the return shipping label (or after receiving approval to ship back using your preferred carrier).

•We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once you have received an order confirmation email. Should you change your mind after purchasing, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.

Promotional Price Guarantee

We honour promotional pricing on orders placed within fourteen (14) days before the start of a promotion (except for national selling holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day).
