Returns from Home Fermenter®
Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any items returned that are not in new condition will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an order fulfillment error was made or an item is defective, Home Fermenter will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only. Request for returning the fulfillment error or defect must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returned packages must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact Home Fermenter for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a RA# will be returned to sender.
