We currently dispatch orders once a week, on Fridays. Please have your orders through by Thursday if you wish to have them sent out on the Friday

We Ship WORLDWIDE While we do our best to get orders out as fast as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfilment. Due to higher volumes during Volume Launch periods or Sales periods such as Black Friday, please allow up to 7-10 business days for order fulfilment.Our shipping rates vary based on your location and estimated weight of your package. This will be calculated upon check out by our Shipping Carrier.AUSTRALIAIn addition to carrier-provided rates, we offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD within Australia.Items will be sent within our dispatch times, and should arrive 1-3 Business days after dispatch for Express shipping items, and 5-7 business days after dispatch for Standard shipping items.INTERNATIONALIn addition to our carrier provided shipping rates, we offer a $30 Flat Rate Standard International Shipping on all orders over $300.00 AUD.Items will be sent within our dispatch times, and will arrive 6-27 Business days after dispatch.

For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, Ganbaru Culture cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

HELP! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our shipping carriers, it is no longer under our control and get no further updates than what you receive via shipment notifications. For the fastest updates on your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly via the tracking link provided.

Please note for international orders, we have no way of contacting your local customs office - if they do require additional information, they will typically reach out to you directly via the email or phone number you listed upon purchase.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been sent from Ganbaru Culture, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS/eBOOKS

All sales are final for any purchases made for digital products. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

CLOTHING/LIFTING ACCESSORIES

Please note:- Items must be returned to us unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging/tags- Item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery date- All SALE items or items purchased using any discount codes or during promotional periods are NOT eligible for refunds- All Returns parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the correct order and issue your refund or exchange- All return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Ganbaru Method reserves the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, pet fur, make up, smoke, perfumes or scents in the fabric. These damaged items will be returned to sender. Please send you item back with your name and order number so that we can verify the transaction.Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.Please note we do not offer refunds for items purchased with a credit note or discount code.PLEASE NOTE:Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
