Lost or Damaged PackagesIf your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@nymzo.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable.

We want you to love your purchase from nymzo.world. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

•Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

•Any tags, labels, or protective materials must be intact and attached.

•Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

•Chess sets and accessories must be unplayed and undamaged.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is on us. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for refund. However, in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nymzo.world within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll take it from there.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, inspection may take 5–10 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within an additional 5–10 business days.
