ORDER TRACKINGOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING COSTSShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXESTrendivy ships internationally. Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSPlease ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Trendivy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@dailytrendivy.store . We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING ORDERSIf your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@dailytrendivy.store and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSITIf your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Return WindowWe accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, your item must be:

•Unused and in the same condition you received it

•Unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached

•In its original packaging

•Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a ReturnPlease do not send your purchase back to the sender's address listed on your package — that is a fulfillment hub and cannot process your return.

To initiate a return, email us at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and reason for return within 14-days. We will respond within 2-3 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct U.S. return warehouse address and a return authorization. Please do not ship anything back without this confirmation — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective ItemsPlease inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off PeriodIf your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

RefundsOnce our U.S. warehouse receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen a refund, please contact us at support@dailytrendivy.store .

Return ShippingReturn shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
