SHIPPING INFORMATION & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are based on the selected shipping method and order weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

Orders placed during holidays or periods of high order volume may experience extended processing or delivery times.

STANDARD & FREE SHIPPING

Orders placed with Standard or Free Shipping typically ship within 3-5 business days. Orders ship from Tempe, AZ, and are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

NEXT DAY AIR & 2ND DAY AIR

Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 9:00 AM MST, Monday through Saturday, to ship the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM MST or on Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day (Monday–Saturday).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

You may return or exchange your items in a box and in original condition for a refund or replacement within 60 calendar days from the date you ordered it. All items discounted more than 40% are final sale and will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect.

There is a $5 handling charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.

Exchanges for equal value, defected returns, and store credit have no additional charge.

Any products which have been modified, damaged, or washed by the customer will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
