www.racefit.co.uk proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are built to order and generally shipped out in 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Our chosen carrier is UPS and parcels are typically delivered between 0900 and 1700 to residences and by close of business for commercial addresses.

UPS Delivery Attempts & Options

Standard Attempts: UPS generally makes up to 3 delivery attempts to residential addresses before returning a package to the sender or holding it at a local facility. Racefit will always ask for an adult signature before the package can be released.

Access Points: If no one is home, UPS may redirect the package to a local UPS Access Point for secure collection.

UPS My Choice: you can update your delivery using this service online. Please note that the package then becomes the customer/consignee’s responsibility, not UPS or Racefit.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS

After placing an order with www.racefit.co.uk you may be contacted to confirm and prove your billing address.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

www.racefit.co.uk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

www.racefit.co.uk allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Please email returns@racefit.co.uk for full details before returning an item.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, www.racefit.co.uk will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching

8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When working with www.racefit.co.uk, the customer will need to settle fees (import taxes/VAT/tariffs) when arriving in destination country. UPS will handle all paperwork and will contact the customer if any fees are due.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our site and placing an order you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.

You may cancel your order within 7 working days after receipt of goods and your money will be refunded fully within 30 days of return of goods. Sorry, we cannot refund the delivery costs. Parts must be returned in their original, saleable condition (i.e. not run or used) in original packaging.

NB: we cannot refund money paid or deposits on any items that have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specifications.

Naturally, all faulty/incorrect goods can be either exchanged or refunded at the customer’s request providing the goods are returned within 14 days and are in their original new condition.

International Returns please note:

If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods”, “INWARD PROCESSING RELIEF” or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our products.

Return postage

If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund returned items lost in the post.
